By accessing or using Gruup ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Gruup is an early-stage product under active development. Features, pricing, and availability may change at any time without notice.

Gruup is an AI-native workspace messaging platform that allows teams to communicate, collaborate, and work alongside AI agents. The Service is provided "as is" and is currently in an early access / beta phase.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

You retain ownership of the content you create and share through the Service. By using Gruup, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

We do not use your content to train AI models or sell it to third parties.

Gruup incorporates AI-powered features including agent responses, message search, and content suggestions. These features are powered by third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic). AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before acting on it.

Gruup is an early-stage product. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, data durability, or any specific level of service performance. We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gruup and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
